Privacy Policy

Gambling Tracker (“the App”) is a personal ledger for recording gambling trips and sessions. Effective date: August 4, 2026.

What we collect

Account data: email address (and Google account identifiers if you use Google Sign-In) via Firebase Authentication.
App content you create: trips, sessions, buy-ins, cash-outs, notes, and optional photos stored on your device. If you enable cloud backup, that data is stored in Firebase Firestore under your user ID.
Device identifiers: local IDs used for app features on your device.

What we do not do

We do not offer real-money gambling, deposits, or casino play.
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs in this version.

How we use data

To provide sign-in, optional cloud backup, and the App’s features. Processing is performed by Google Firebase on our behalf.

Retention & deletion

You can export or clear local data in Settings. You can delete your account in Settings, which removes your Firebase Auth account and associated cloud backup document.
